The children in Mr. Clyne's 5th class all worked together in creating a solar system for space week.

The children in 5th class were very excited to see Santa Claus come to St Gabriel's and chat to him.

Science Week
During science week, the children got an opportunity to learn about different experiments as well as having fun creating them. The experiments we learned about this week included. An Experiment on how strong eggs are. Creating a volcano using baking soda, vinegar, washing up liquid and food colouring. The floating egg experiment where the children got to learn about density.
Christmas Cards
Each child in 5th class wrote their parents a Christmas card. The children wanted to thank their parents for all the kind things they do for them each day and this was a great way to show their appreciation and love.
